Senior Meals

On the third Monday of every month, Lyons Community Church provides an evening meal at the Walt Self Center. Serving begins at 5:30 and all seniors are welcome.

Chili Supper

The annual Parade of Lights Chili Supper is held in the basement of Lyons Community Church on the first Saturday of December. Homemade chili, hot drinks, and warm cheer are served up, free of charge, to the community before and after the parade. Serving starts at 5 PM

   Ice Cream Social 

The Lyons Community Church old-fashioned Ice Cream Social is usually held on a warm September Sunday afternoon, from 2-4 pm. We welcome all to eat our delicious homemade ice cream and bask in the beauty of Lyons Sandstone Park while listening to the fabulous Dixieland jazz provided by the Stover Street Stompers.

For rental space, we offer Wesleyan Hall and The Sanctuary.

Wesleyan Hall is fully equipped with a kitchen, tables, chairs, silver and dishware, full kitchenware, ADA bathrooms, and ADA access to the Hall. We can fit XOXO people with tables and XOXOX without.

The Sanctuary is ideal for intimate weddings seating up to 120 guests.
